- The Unified Complaints Center was established in 1999 with the aim of receiving complaints from citizens regarding water and sanitation services and sending them to the concerned maintenance departments.
- In 2014 and 2015, maintenance offices of both Madaba and Zarqa governorates were incorporated, following the incorporation of management and operation contracts for Miyahuna.
- In 2016, all the maintenance offices of the Kingdom's governorates were merged into the Dabouq Complaints Center. Work was completed in 2017 and all the 50 maintenance centers in the governorates became fully linked to the unified complaints center. Complaints are received through the unified number 117116.
