To coincide with meter-reading activities in Sahab, Marka, Wadi Sier, Abu Alandah, and Alyasmine between November 2017 and December 2017, Miyahuna's meter readers distributed more than 20,000 awareness brochures and leaflets to inform the local residents about the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) project implemented by Miyahuna and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  

The brochures were hand-delivered to residents as part of the door-to-door campaign to keep residents abreast of all upcoming activities and potential achievements after a complete set of NRW reduction activities have been implemented in the aforementioned areas.

The meter readers at Miyahuna expressed their satisfaction with the positive attitude of residents and their willingness to cooperate during the implementation of the project. In addition, the residents were praised for their level of knowledge of the water situation in Jordan and the significant importance of NRW reduction.
